Targa Canada West is a Okanagan-based company working in partnership with the West Coast Rally Association (WCRA), BC's largest not-for-profit rally club. The WCRA operates under CARS (Canadian Association of Rallysport) sanctioning.
Targa Canada West was founded by experienced Targa and rally aficionados, competitors and event organizers.
Executive Team
Duane Bentley, CEO, is a resident of the BC Southern Interior with a passion for motorsports.
Duane has brought together a team of respected Targa/Rally competitors and experienced organizers, led by Keith Morison and Jennifer Daly – supported by rally enthusiastes such as Dr. Kelly Silverthorn and Craig Ross. The group is committed to staging a sustainable, safe and exciting Targa event to benefit the Southern Interior region and showcase BC to the world.
The Targa Canada West team has competed in Targa and Rally events worldwide, witnessing how:
- Targa benefits local communities through tourism and exposure to international visitors who come back year after year, bringing their friends and family.
- Targa galvanizes local volunteers and fosters community spirit and pride.
- Targa is just so much fun.
